Monthly or quarterly consult reviews at your facility to ensure your MDS/RAI process is meeting federal and state guidelines as well as maximizing Med A reimbursements.

CONSULT AND EDUCATION

A meeting with key staff to determine MDS/RAI concerns, and a review of systems currently in place for Med A residents will occur first. A complete audit will be completed to monitor for federal and state compliance and to determine the actual Medicare a rate, which is currently being, pulled into the facility. From these findings a team plan will be developed which tailors to your facilities specific needs and moves to your specific goals. The plan will be implemented and followed up on as determined upon plan completion.
